Japan wins Miss Universe 2007
Riyo Mori of Japan was crowned Miss Universe 2007 in Mexico City this evening. Miss Brazil was first runner up, Miss Venezuela second runner up, Miss Korea, third runner up, and Miss USA fourth runner up. Complete coverage over at the Miss Universe Blog.

Well last year, Japan should have won. Among the finalist my favorite answer was given by Miss Brazil. But Miss Japan was one of my favorites. Kurara is stilll prettier though. But Riyo comes out as more charming between the two.

So many thought that Miss Korea would definitely get it because from looks to intelligence to charm, she has everything! But it really is such a pity that the translator totally distorted and misinterpreted her final interview question. That translator totally blew Miss Korea’s chances of winning the title she most certainly deserves.
